Akupoka Foundation is a faith-based charitable organization established under Testimony Promiseland
Ministry, a Christian ministry founded by Apostle Florence Akupoka Tigah. The foundation was created about four (4) years ago with the aim of empowering individuals and supporting community development through skills training, education, and Christian values.
The foundation operates a vocational training initiative known as TPL College, which provides practical skills and capacity-building opportunities for young people and adults. Through this program, the organization seeks to equip individuals with employable skills, promote self reliance, and reduce unemployment within the community.
Since its establishment, Akupoka Foundation has focused on social impact through vocational education, mentorship, and community outreach. The programs are designed to empower disadvantaged youth, women, and other vulnerable groups by giving them the opportunity to learn trades and build sustainable livelihoods.
In 2026, the leadership of Testimony Promiseland Ministry took a significant step to strengthen the structure and recognition of the foundation by initiating the formal registration of Akupoka Foundation with the Registrar‑General’s Department in Accra, Ghana. This registration process is intended to establish the foundation as a legally recognized organization, enabling it to expand its operations, form partnerships, and increase its impact in communities.
Akupoka Foundation continues to operate under the vision and spiritual guidance of Apostle Florence Akupoka Tigah and Testimony Promiseland Ministry, with a commitment to empowering lives through faith, education, and vocational development.
